DISC Personality Asessment is the most common personality assessment tool used to evaluate the characteristics and core competencies of candidates and employees. It analyzes a person's behavioral characteristics, emotions and thoughts by using a scientific method.
DISC theory, researched by Dr. William Moulton Marston of Harvard University, is a method of determining predictable actions and personality traits in human behavior by four factors.
